EU Status of Arda Güler. Does anybody know whether Arda Güler, if he comes and stays in the 1st team, would count as a non-EU player? If you aren't aware, teams are only allowed 3 non-EU players in La Liga. Latin American citizens have a fast track to Spanish citizenship, but not for other countries.
